Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un producto de levadura de vino nuevo en una forma congelada. El producto se produce en un fermentador, se concentra y se añaden crioprotectores. Esta mezcla después se congela a -50 oc. Lo que hace a este producto único es que aparte del hecho de que el mismo está congelado, el mismo se puede añadir directamente a zumo de uva ya que no se necesita rehidratación debido a que la levadura no se deshidrató en el procedimiento de producción.
