Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos para preparar partículas tipo virus derivadas de plantas (VLPs). El método puede comprender obtener una planta, o materia de planta que comprende VLPs localizadas en el apoplasto, producir una fracción de protoplasto/esferoplasto y la fracción deñ apoplasto de la planta o materia de la planta, y recuperar la fracción del apoplasto. La fracción del apoplasto comprende VLPs derivadas de plantas. Alternativamente, las VLPs pueden obtenerse de planta o materia de planta que comprende VLPs derivadas de plantas, al digerir la materia de planta usando una composición de enzimas de degradación de pared celular para producir una fracción digerida. La fracción digerida se filtra para producir una fracción filtrada, y las VLPs derivadas de plantas se recuperan de la fracción filtrada.
