Abstract

La invención se refiere a una bebida de té espumosa compuesta de: - una mezcla de líquido y burbujas, - una parte superior de espuma sobre la mezcla de líquido y burbujas, caracterizada en que la bebida carece de cualquier sustituto de crema, lípido o agente espesante, y en que la bebida es generada a partir de la combinación de agua, una composición de té en polvo que comprende un polvo de extracto de té, y un ácido de grado alimenticio.
