Abstract

La presente proporciona artículos moldeados rotatorios, y método para fabricarlos. Los artículos moldeados rotatorios de acuerdo con la presente invención comprenden una composición de polietileno que comprende: (a) al menos 85 por ciento en peso de las unidades derivadas de etileno; y (b) menos del 15 por ciento en peso de unidades derivadas de uno o más comonómeros de a-olefina; donde la composición de polietileno tiene una densidad en el rango de 0.930 a 0.945 g/cm3, una distribución de peso molecular (Mw/Mn) en el rango de 1.70 a 3.50, un índice de fusión (I2) en el rango de 0.5 a 20 g/10 minutos, una distribución de peso molecular (MZ/MW) en el rango de menos de 2.5, insaturación de vinilo menor que 0.06 vinilos por mil átomos de carbono presentes en la estructura principal de la composición de polietileno.
