Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de productos intermedios de Dronedarona de la fórmula I (ver fórmula (I)) por acilación de 2-(2-hidroxi-5-nitrofenil)-1-(4-metoxifenil)-etanona, posterior tratamiento del éster con bases y un catalizador de zeolita (aluminosilicato) y posterior desmetilación opcional. Este procedimiento se puede usar para la producción de Dronedarona.
