Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un sistema (1) de molde para fabricar un recipiente (500), por lo que el sistema (1) de molde incluye una mitad (10) de molde movible y una mitad (20) de molde estacionaria, mitades de molde las cuales (10 y 20) se localizan opuestas entre sí, el sistema (1) de molde permite la elaboración del recipiente (500), el cual comprende un fondo (57) presionado desde una preforma de cartón, paredes (59) conectadas al fondo (57) y una orilla (50) que es fundida por lo menos parcialmente de plástico, conectada al borde superior de las paredes (59) y que circunda las paredes, por lo que la mitad (10) del molde que es movible con respecto a la mitad (20) de molde estacionaria incluye por lo menos una placa (4) de núcleo que se proporciona con un núcleo (41), un anillo (5) de sello similar a placa el cual se puede mover con respecto al (41) que comprende una superficie (5a) de sello y que rodea al núcleo (41), y un anillo (6) de collar el cual se puede mover con respecto al núcleo (41) y el anillo (5) de sello y que se puede colocar entre el mismo y la mitad (20) de molde estacionaria que incluye por lo menos una placa (7) de molde la cual se proporciona con una cavidad (71) de molde y una superficie (7a) de sello. El sistema (1) de molde comprende un collar (612) de elevación el cual se conecta separablemente sobre la parte superior del collar (611) básico del anillo (6) de collar de la mitad (10) de molde movible, la superficie (612a) de sello del collar (612) de elevación comprende surcos o rebajos que son más bajos que el resto del plano de la superficie de sello, por lo que la superficie o rebajos del anillo de sello pueden comprender protuberancias o patrones realzados, surcos o rebajos los cuales están sobre el plano de la superficie (612a), de sello o posiblemente que se extienden ligeramente hacia arriba del mismo; y las protuberancias o patrones sobresalientes en estos surcos o rebajos se pueden utilizar para proporcionar, sobre la orilla (50) plástica del recipiente (500), resaltos (80) o protuberancias que sobresalen del resto del plano de la orilla, surcos o rebajos los cuales están entre los resaltos y protuberancias y los cuales están en el plano de la orilla (50) o ligeramente más abajo que el resto del plano de la orilla y los cuales posiblemente comprenden patrones realzados o protuberancias.
