Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO DE INJEçãO PARA OBJETOS PLáSTICOS". Um dispositivo e processo de moldagem de pré-formas plásticas (5) que compreendem um molde de injeção, contendo uma pluralidade de cavidades de injeção, um braço (3) para extrair as pré-formas (5) do molde, equipado com elementos de aprisionamento tipo guilhotina, que se movimentam entre o espaço existente entre os meios moldes quando na posição aberta, a fim de agarrar as pré-formas, e na posição externa, uma torre de refrigeração (6), com as faces abrigando um grupo de copos (7) para condicionar as pré-formas (5), a qual efetua um movimento giratório em torno de um eixo horizontal e um movimento vertical de translação entre a posição elevada sob o braço de extração para receber as pré-formas e a posição baixa, essa posição correspondendo à mesa de extração das pré-formas (5), na qual estão recortados entalhes longitudinais com dentes formando constrições a fim de agarrar as pré-formas sob o anel (9) e extraí-las dos copos (7).
