Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una línea celular derivada del centro en reposo de una planta, y un método para el aislamiento de la misma, más específicamente, se refiere a una línea celular derivada del centro en reposo homogénea de origen de una sola célula, que es obtenida a partir del centro en reposo de una planta sin necesidad de un proceso separado de des-diferenciación, y un método para el aislamiento de la misma.
