Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para la extracción seca/enfriada de cenizas pesadas y para controlar la combustión de residuos con alto contenido no quemado, permitiendo: extraer ceniza pesada del fondo de la caldera, fomentar y ajustar la post combustión en el cinturón del extractor por el uso combinado de aire caliente combustible y vapores inertes de combustión, ya disponibles en la caldera, enfriar las cenizas presentes en el cinturón y recircularlas opcionalmente -todas o en parte- en una caldera, junto con la fracción de cenizas pesadas de alto contenido de residuos no quemados (Figura 1).
