Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de enfriamiento para extracción en seco de ceniza de fondo pesada en la salida de los hornos para combustible sólido durante el paso en la tolva, caracterizado porque las entradas de aire apropiadas (2), colocadas en las paredes laterales de la tolva (1) al fondo de la tolva, a través de cual una cantidad controlada de aire de enfriamiento pasa succionado en la cámara de combustión (12) por la válvula de combustión, capaz de alcanzar un sistema de distribución uniforme y balanceando para el tal aire durante el paso de almacenamiento en la tolva (1) que optimiza el enfriamiento de la ceniza que cae, dejando la cantidad total del aire entrando en el horno sin cambiar. La cabeza de distribución de las entradas (2) es conectada al ambiente del extractor (6) por la tapa (7) a través de un conducto apropiado (3) proporcionando con una válvula automatizada (8) estando abierta durante el paso de almacenamiento permitiendo que el aire pase a través de las entradas (2) colocadas en las paredes laterales de la tolva (1). Un enfriamiento más eficiente puede obtenerse por cualquier adición de agua que entra por las toberas (14) apropiadamente colocadas dentro de la tolva (1). La cantidad de agua puede ajustarse de manera que la función mejorada de enfriamiento es actuado sin humidificación.
