Abstract

Se describe una sujeción de junta corrediza que reemplaza estructuralmente juntas soldadas agrietadas en el acoplamiento de junta corrediza de una tubería de descarga para la aspersión del núcleo, que forma parte de la porción inferior de la tubería de aspersión de núcleo interna que está adentro de un recipiente de reactor de una planta de reactor de agua hirviendo; la tubería interna proporciona agua refrigerante para la aspersión del núcleo hacia la región del núcleo del reactor; el ensamble de sujeción consiste en un alojamiento de sujeción primario y un alojamiento de sujeción secundario, los cuales se unen giratoriamente entre sí por medio de un ensamble de bisagra que incluye un pasador de bisagra; el ensamble de sujeción se instala a una elevación deseada con relación a la junta corrediza de la tubería de descarga, y después se asegura a la tubería de descarga instalando vástagos de acoplamiento y contratuercas de vástago de acoplamiento asociadas que sujetan a los alojamientos de sujeción primario y segundario en una relación opuesta entre sí alrededor de la junta corrediza de la tubería de descarga.
