Abstract

En la presente se proveen métodos y composiciones para la producción de hepatocitos de células madre de la placenta. Además en la presente se provee el uso de los hepatocitos en el tratamiento de, e intervención en, por ejemplo, trauma, inflamación y trastornos degenerativos del hígado. También en la presente se proveen composiciones y métodos que se refieren a combinación se estratos nanofibrosos y células madre de la placenta adherentes y métodos para usar los mismos en reparación de cartílagos. Finalmente, en la presente se proveen composiciones y métodos que se refieren a células madre CD34+ CD45- no adherentes.
