Abstract

Se proporciona un tratamiento de superficies con iones de circonio que permite suficiente poder de deposición y superiores propiedades de anti-corrosión para exhibirse cuando el material a base de metal tratado así en la superficie se someta a recubrimiento por electrodeposición catiónica. Un líquido para tratamiento de superficies metálicas de este para recubrimiento por electrodeposición catiónica, incluye iones de circonio, iones de cobre y iones de otros metales, y tiene un pH de 1.5 a 6.5, en el cual: los iones de otros metales son al menos uno seleccionado del grupo que consiste de iones de estaño, iones de indio , iones de aluminio, iones de niobio, iones de tantalio, iones de itrio y iones de cerio; la concentración de los iones de circonio es de 10 a 10,000 ppm; la proporción de la concentración de los iones de cobre a los iones de circonio es de 0.005 a 1 sobre la base de masa; y la proporción de la concentración de los otros iones de metal a los iones de cobre es de 0.1 a 1,000 sobre la base de masa.
