Abstract

Se proporciona un tratamiento de superficies con iones de circonio que permite suficiente poder de deposición y superiores propiedades de anti-corrosión para exhibirse cuando el material a base de metal tratado así en la superficie se someta a recubrimiento por electrodeposición catiónica. Un líquido para tratamiento de superficies metálicas para recubrimiento por electrodeposición catiónica, incluye iones de circonio y iones de estaño, y tiene un pH de 1.5 a 6.5, en el cual: la concentración de iones de circonio se encuentra en el rango de 10 a 10,000 ppm; y el contenido de los iones de estaño a los iones de circonio es de 0.005 a 1 sobre la base de masa. Además, también pueden incluirse un compuesto de poliaminas, iones de cobre, iones de flúor y un compuesto quelato.
