Abstract

Se describe un aspersor tipo mochila que tiene un tanque con una abertura de llenado en la parte superior del mismo y una cámara de presión en el mismo está provista con un aparato de filtración para evitar que partículas en el fluido en el tanque entren a un puerto de entrada de la cámara de presión localizada cerca del fondo del tanque cuando la succión generada por una bomba que depende del fondo de la cámara de presión ocasiona que el fluido en el tanque fluya a través del puerto de entrada a la cámara de presión. El fluido presurizado por la bomba fluye a través de un puerto de salida de la cámara de presión para ser rociado cuando una válvula en la boquilla en el extremo de una manguera que comunica con el puerto de salida es accionada por un operador. El aparato de filtración está provisto de un filtro en una estructura removible capturada en un accesorio que se proyecta hacia fuera desde el exterior de la cámara de presión en los lados opuestos del puerto de entrada. Una agarradera se extiende desde la estructura hacia arriba a lo largo del exterior de la cámara de presión en una distancia suficiente para tener acceso manualmente cuando la mano del operador se extiende a través de la abertura de llenado del tanque. El filtro evita que partículas, tales como sedimento, en el líquido en el fondo del tanque fluyan hacia la cámara de presión y el mecanismo de bombeo de la misma evitando así la obstrucción del mecanismo de bombeo y la interferencia con la operación del aspersor. El filtro puede ser removido manualmente del accesorio para limpieza y después puede volverse a colocar. Se elimina sustancialmente la necesidad de desmontar completamente el aspersor para su limpieza.
