Abstract

En la presente se proveen métodos para usar células madre de placenta adherentes y poblaciones de células madre de placenta y métodos para cultivar, proliferar y expander las mismas. También en la presente se proveen métodos para diferenciar las células madre de placenta. Además se proveen métodos para usar las células madre de placenta para formular composiciones implantables o inyectables adecuadas para la administración a un sujeto. Aún se proveen en la presente métodos para tratar defectos en huesos con células madre y composiciones que comprenden las células madre.
