Abstract

La invención se refiere a un maltitol granulado de concentración superior o igual a 97%, de preferencia comprendida entre 98 y 99%, caracterizado porque comprende una cantidad de agua inferior a 1%, de preferencia inferior a 0.5%, más preferiblemente aún inferior o igual a 0.4%, una compresibilidad superior o igual a 300 N, de preferencia comprendida entre 300 y 500 N, una higroscopicidad inferior o igual a 2.5%, de preferencia comprendida entre 0.15 y 2.5%.
