Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de aceite lubricante que comprende aceite base de aceite lubricante, uno o más aditivos anti-desgaste y uno o más derivados de sal de poli(ácido hidroxicarboxílico) que se pueden preparar por reacción de una amina y un poli(ácido hidroxicarboxílico) de fórmula (I), en donde Y es hidrógeno o un grupo hidrocarbilo opcionalmente sustituido, A es un grupo hidrocarbilo opcionalmente sustituido divalente y n es desde 1 a 100, preferiblemente 1 a 10, con un ácido o un agente de cuaternización; y un método para reducir depósitos en un motor de combustión interna, el método comprende lubricar el motor de combustión interna con la composición de aceite lubricante.
