Abstract
1. Применение смазочной композиции, содержащей ! базовое масло и ! одно или более солевых производных амидов поли(гидроксикарбоновых кислот), имеющих формулу (III): ! ! в которой Y обозначает водород или необязательно замещенную гидрокарбильную группу; А обозначает двухвалентную необязательно замещенную гидрокарбильную группу; n лежит в пределах от 1 до 100, преимущественно от 1 до 10, m от 1 до 4, q от 1 до 4 и p есть целое число такое, что pq=m; Z обозначает необязательно замещенную двухвалентную мостиковую группу, соединенную с карбонильной группой через атом азота; R+ обозначает аммониевую группу; и Xq- обозначает анион; ! для повышения чистоты поршней, преимущественно в двигателях внутреннего сгорания, в частности тестируемых согласно TU5 (СЕС L-88-T02) и/или ASTM D6984. ! 2. Применение по п.1, в котором одно или более солевых производных амидов поли(гидроксикарбоновых кислот) имеют значение TBN (общее щелочное число) ниже 10 мг КОН/г. ! 3. Способ улучшения характеристик чистоты поршня, в частности измеренных в соответствии с тестами TU5 (СЕС L-88-T02) и/или ASTM D6984, преимущественно в двигателе внутреннего сгорания, который (способ) включает смазывание смазочной композицией по п.1 или 2.
Claims (3)
1. Применение смазочной композиции, содержащей
базовое масло и
одно или более солевых производных амидов поли(гидроксикарбоновых кислот), имеющих формулу (III):
в которой Y обозначает водород или необязательно замещенную гидрокарбильную группу; А обозначает двухвалентную необязательно замещенную гидрокарбильную группу; n лежит в пределах от 1 до 100, преимущественно от 1 до 10, m от 1 до 4, q от 1 до 4 и p есть целое число такое, что pq=m; Z обозначает необязательно замещенную двухвалентную мостиковую группу, соединенную с карбонильной группой через атом азота; R+ обозначает аммониевую группу; и Xq- обозначает анион;
для повышения чистоты поршней, преимущественно в двигателях внутреннего сгорания, в частности тестируемых согласно TU5 (СЕС L-88-T02) и/или ASTM D6984.
2. Применение по п.1, в котором одно или более солевых производных амидов поли(гидроксикарбоновых кислот) имеют значение TBN (общее щелочное число) ниже 10 мг КОН/г.
3. Способ улучшения характеристик чистоты поршня, в частности измеренных в соответствии с тестами TU5 (СЕС L-88-T02) и/или ASTM D6984, преимущественно в двигателе внутреннего сгорания, который (способ) включает смазывание смазочной композицией по п.1 или 2.
