Abstract
En el campo de la biología molecular, un método que comprende rasgos relacionados con el incremento de rendimiento en plantas, en particular para incrementar el rendimiento vegetal y/o vigor temprano, respecto de plantas de control. Más específicamente, un método para rasgos relacionados con el incremento de rendimiento que comprende preferentemente incrementar la expresión de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido HAL3 en el brote de una planta. También plantas preferentemente con incremento expresión de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido HAL3 en el brote, en donde las plantas tienen incremento del rendimiento y/o vigor temprano respecto de plantas control. Además, construcciones de utilidad en los métodos de la invención. En el campo de la biología molecular, un método que comprende rasgos relacionados con el incremento de rendimiento respecto de plantas control. Más específicamente, comprende un método para incrementar el rendimiento vegetal que comprende disminuir la expresión de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido endógeno MADS15 en una planta. También plantas con disminución de la expresión de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido endógeno MADS15, en donde las plantas tienen incremento del rendimiento respecto de adecuadas plantas control. También construcciones de utilidad en los métodos de la invención. Un método que comprende rasgos relacionados con el incremento de la expresión de una proteína MADS15 en plantas. Uno de dichos métodos comprende introducir e incrementar la expresión de un ácido nucleico MADS15 o su variante. También comprende plantas con expresión modulada de un ácido nucleico que codifica dicha proteína MDS15, en donde las plantas tienen rasgos relacionados con aumento del rendimiento respecto de plantas control. Además construcciones de utilidad en los métodos de la invención. En el campo de la biología molecular, un método que comprende rasgos relacionados con el incremento de rendimiento respecto de plantas control. Más específicamente, la presente invención comprende un método para incrementar el rendimiento vegetal que comprende incrementar la expresión de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido PLT de factor de transcripción en una planta. También comprende plantas con incremento de expresión de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido PLT de factor de transcripción, en donde las plantas tienen incremento del rendimiento respecto de adecuadas plantas control. Además construcciones de utilidad en los métodos de la invención. En el campo de la biología molecular, un método que comprende mejorar diversos rasgos relacionados con importantes rendimientos económicos en plantas. Más específicamente, un método para rasgos relacionados con el incremento de rendimiento en plantas al modular la expresión en una planta de un ácido nucleico que codifica un factor de transcripción básico/hélice-asa-hélice (bHLH). También comprende plantas con expresión modulada de un ácido nucleico que codifica un factor de transcripción de bHLH, en donde las plantas tienen rasgos relacionados con aumento del rendimiento respecto de plantas control. Además construcciones de utilidad en los métodos de la invención. En el campo de la biología molecular, un método que comprende rasgos relacionados con el incremento de rendimiento en plantas, respecto de plantas control. Más específicamente, un método para incrementar el rendimiento en plantas al incrementar la expresión en una planta de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido símil proteína fijadora de promotor Squamosa 15 (SPL15) de factor de transición. También plantas con incremento de expresión de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido SPL15 de factor de transcripción, en donde las plantas tienen incremento del rendimiento respecto de adecuadas plantas control. Además construcciones de utilidad en los métodos de la invención.
