Abstract

Se describe un sistema y un método para medir con exactitud el suministro de gas consumido por un componente de control de proceso particular dentro de un sistema de control de proceso. La exactitud de medición mejorada proviene de la medición del consumo del componente de control de proceso en un modo de operación normal del sistema de control de proceso. La cantidad de fluido consumido por un componente de control de proceso se separa mediante un sistema de control de fluido de la cantidad de suministro de gas consumida en la activación de otros componentes de control de proceso. La cantidad de fluido consumido por cada componente puede determinarse midiendo la disminución en un fluido dentro de un recipiente que tiene una cantidad conocida que suministra independientemente el abastecimiento de gas a cada componente durante su operación.
