Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo y a un aparato para intensificar el contenido de energia de un material organico al convertir el material en hidrocarburos y el producto resultante de los mismos. Se da a conocer un metodo para convertir un material organico en combustibles de hidrocarburo. El metodo comprende los pasos que consisten en presurizar el material organico que esta en un fluido a una presion superior a 225 bar, calentar el material organico en el fluido a una temperatura superior a 200 degree C en presencia de un catalizador homogeneo que comprende un compuesto de al menos un elemento del grupo IA de la tabla periodica de los elementos. El metodo dado a conocer comprende ademas los pasos que consisten en poner en contacto el material organico en el fluido con un catalizador heterogeneo que comprende un compuesto de al menos un elemento del grupo IVB de la tabla periodica y/o alfa-alumina asumiendo que el fluido tiene inicialmente un valor de pH superior a 7.
