Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una instalación de calentamiento de productos, particularmente de una composición alimenticia formada de una mezcla heterogénea de una fase líquida y de partículas sólidas, que comprende al menos un conducto de calentamiento de la sección tubular, la instalación de calentamiento es alimentada por una bomba de alimentación que desemboca directamente en dicho tubo de calentamiento y es accionada por un primer motor. El tubo de calentamiento comprende un tornillo sin fin que está constituido de un material no conductor y es accionado por un segundo motor puesto en marcha para asegurar un caudal en la cámara de calentamiento.
