Abstract

Las celulas germinales embrionicas humanas son inducidas para diferenciarse primero en la linaje hematopoyetica y despues en megacariocitos, las celulas las cuales generan plaquetas. El cultivo in vitro apropiado de megacariocitos resulta en la produccion y derrama de plaquetas. Esto hace posible, por primera vez, la produccion in vitro de un factor sanguineo humano necesario para muchos pacientes.
