Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan métodos para la producción de linfocitos NK y linfocitos T efectores específicos de antígenos a partir de células madre pluripotentes que expresan un receptor de antígenos quiméricos (CAR). Además, en la presente se proporcionan métodos para la terapia celular adoptiva mediante la administración de los linfocitos NK y/o linfocitos T efectores que se proporcionan en la presente.
