The invention relates to agriculture, namely to a process for treating winter wheat against Fusarium oxysporum.The process, according to the invention, provides soaking of wheat seeds before sowing for 4 hours in 10-5…10-3% aqueous solution of total extract of iridoid glycosides from Linaria genistifolia L. Mill plants, obtained by methanol extraction.
