Abstract

The invention relates to the biomass processing equipment and can be used in zootechny for shredding of straw, used in the production of mixed feeds.The straw bale shredder comprises a frame (1), on which is mounted a cylindrical rotating drum (2) with rear (3), intermediate (4) and front (5) covers, in the upper part of which is made a hole (23) for outlet of the shredded mass. In the drum (2) is mounted an axle (6) with a rotor (7), consisting of rear (8) and front (9) disks, which are interconnected by bolts (10), on which are mounted hammers (11). On the axle (6), between the rear (3) and intermediate (4) covers, is fixed a fan (12). Between the intermediate (4) and front (5) covers is fixed a sieve (13). On the front disk (9) are fixed horizontal knives (15), and on the front cover (5) are fixed countercuts (14). On the front disk (9) is mounted an auxiliary disk (16), on which are fixed, in its plane, horizontal, vertical (18) and oblique (19) knives, and in its center - a stake (20). In the front (9) and auxiliary (16) disks are made holes (24, 25). On the frame (1) is mounted a feed conveyor (21) with an intermediate table (22).
