Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de tratare fizică şi/sau de încălzire a unui mediu, în particular a lichidelor.Consumul mare de energie din procedeele cunoscute poate fi evitat prin reducerea impactului mediului, prin expunerea unui mediu tratat hidrodinamic unor potenţiale electrochimice polare şi/sau ionice şi unor semnale electrochimice RC AC.
