Abstract
La présente invention concerne certaines sulfonylurées et composés apparentés qui ont des propriétés avantageuses et présentent une activité utile dans l'inhibition de l'activation de l'inflammasome nlrp3. De tels composés sont utiles dans le traitement d'un large éventail de troubles dans lesquels le processus d'inflammation, ou plus spécifiquement l'inflammasome nlrp3, a été impliqué comme étant un facteur clé.
