Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé sol-gel pour l'obtention d'un revêtement antireflet à partir de précurseurs de type alcoxyde, qui peuvent ensuite être appliqués sur des substrats de verre ou de plastique par pulvérisation. L'invention concerne également des dispositifs optiques et thermoélectriques revêtus dudit matériau antireflet. Ce revêtement augmente le facteur de transmission des substrats transparents sur lesquels il est appliqué, et convient par conséquent pour être appliqué sur des modules solaires haute concentration (hcpv), aussi bien sur les lentilles primaires que secondaires, sur du silicium classique ou sur des tubes csp.
