- "mid" and has a few severe issues → 5/10
- bad and "not recommended" at all → 4/10
- producers royally screwed up along the way → 3/0
- shouldn't be made into an anime in the first place → 2/10
- totally messed up production → 1/10

I won't hesitate to rate something 1/10 if I find it appalling.
I do NOT watch: shounen, OP MC, self-insert/wish-fulfillment.
