Kick response for the Integra drawing! Well I have to be honest, I had it done, but I was not very satisfaced with the result, so I remade it during these days... And here is the result!


I tried to draw her like the propaganda poster for the US army (that one with the Uncle Sam, the big hat guy), like she is recluting Alucard for the war with a blood bag, I enjoyed so much trying to draw it, since she looks a lot like Sephirot from FF 7, its prohibited looking at her hands btw, It was very difficult to draw the militar jacket too, I struggled a lot figuring out how the jacket should look being grabbed for a side.

Still not very conviced with the result, but I think that is better than the first take, I mean, the first take looked more like the Major than Integra, and I couldnt take it seriously hahahahaha, here the failure:



I love yours a lot! I took a bit of inspiration too with the volume 6. Your Integra desprends her boss aura perfectly! I agree with you with the difficulty, I underestimated it at the beginning a lot. I think your made her hair better than I did honestly jaja, mine looks something like seaweed.

Dont worry! Take all the time you want. I saw the prices of the online event and are relatively cheap, I'm probably buying for the live cinematic concert or the Yoko Takahashi live (probably the second because they are the more expensive ones), and maybe the opening for the second day, just because the day the wid symphonic live happens I'm attending college and I really want to hear them (and because hideaki anno talks, but I dont know if it will be subbed, thats why I have the prefference on the symphonic ones, a language we all understand haha).

Saddly the short film is just for the on-site people, but well, that's the least important thing if it's probably going to be on a special anniversary DVD, so I'm not complaining so much, in fact I hope you enjoy it along with your stay at the event!

And thanks for remmembering it to me! I almost forget about it haha, maybe this time we can exchangue conversations of the event, if I see you from the cameras I will greet you, don't worry (laughs).

Hmmm, now that I think about it in the other perspective that words are very wholesome from Sambomaster, the reason for risking your career in life must already be important enough, and many opportunities are lost when making the wrong decision at the precise moment of making it. My comment in my previous text was quite impulsive indeed, it would be worthy of a slap from my relatives haha. Sambomaster reflecting themselfs as just another light in your life to shine until its done makes me feel happy about the things I adore, thanks for the clarification, sometimes we forget trivial things like that dont you thing? Sometimes for the best, but not allways is like that.

I think too that some things doesnt deserve to lose in traslation, overtranslate a work can make it lose the charm of the culture, I like it when they try to characterize the accent of a character in a work, (although I don't see the differences until they clarify it, but I'm starting to notice it recently XD) that in a dubbing is losed or replicated in a way the intended expectator can understad.

I sometimes heard the voice of Megumi Hayashibara in trains announcements or in the tv broadcast from animes, I recently laughd when hearing the Tsuda Kenjirou in one random guy in a anime, like “all the roles he could have made and is voicing this random guy”, the randomnes in the voice acting is so impredictable that is very satisfactorious to nortice them. Ummmmm now that you mention that the voice of Megumi is heared in the early jjk screening... It was Kaori? In the screening I didnt noticed, but when I rewatched it with headset it sounded very familiar to me, maybe not and it was the announcer of the stops in shibuya station, I dont know I’m doubtfull right now....

The Ash Ketchup (or Satoshi in japan) were very emotive, seeing the last chapters (even I didnt followed the last series) and see him winning a League for the first time (even if “cheating”, he literally used all the perks in the series). Its “great” to see that the series keeps well even without satoshi, it would be better if they put more budget in the games tough.

The AI voice replication is a disgrace, hearing things that you didnt say but that it sounds like you is terrifying and sounds padarogic, imagine for a well knowed actress, at what point she controls what she says? I would not hesitate in report anyone. A car navigator with the Rei’s voice? That makes anyone want to learn to drive haha.

Ok the mention to transformers being unscripted was funny hahahaha, dont worry I supposed that, there is not way that all that were unplanned, but the scipters knew things, I just cant prove it...

I remmember when once tried to fan-translate the ps2 version of Neon Genesis Evangelion 2, but it didnt long to much because of what complicated it got, so I gave up.

Oh dont worry about my aparental tastes, It would surprise you how adaptable I am, I can enjoy even a experimental Indian film, I have frends that when I comment that I enjoyed something doesnt match my tastes says “what a weird guy you are”, so dont worry if you think it too haha, you can recommend me anything tough, I learned not to judge that eassilly.

Shiro sagisu must be very emblematic arround there, and it's no wonder, he deserves to be knowed worldwide for his work. Hahaha, well, the ask nicelly method doesnt appear to work in all the cinemas. In my country there was a time were they give you a poster for watching the screening, now it only happens a few times, the most recent I had was one from the Makoto Shinkai’s movie “Suzume”, its small but it fits perfectly in a gap in my wall, despite the one of “The boy and the Heron” that I have to recondition it before put it... It doesnt look that I’m going to put it on day... He keeps there... waiting to be put in the wall... but that day may never come... saddly... (ignore the box, I forgot to trash it by the time I took the photo).



As a Spanish I’m glad you enjoyed the visit, there are a lot of places under construction here, like the holy family, that will never be finished as it appears to be haha, and recently the remodelation of the Santiago Cathedral finished, dont worry if you didnt heard about it before, it is closely related to the Catholic Church at the end of the day.
I remmember that there is a madhouse movie based on andalucia from the Nasu series, I heard that is a very good representation and that its interesting to see how Japan sees their culture.
The tower of Hercules is one of the oldest lighthouse in the world, was made by the romans by then, and it has really good views from there (of the sea), its very emblematic for the city, the only bad thing is that its difficult to enter it, the last time I went I couldnt because they put a daily capacity, at least the ticket is cheap, and If you are interest I can show it to you hehe.

Yeah, travelling completelly alone can be very risky, specially in places where you can get lost or in trouble, even if it is more expensive, as they often say, if it can save your life it's even cheap. You have been in Egypt too? You have seen almost every hemisphere in the planet, it was hot? I suppose yes, what a dumb asking haha, are piramids that big? Everyone says that, but I dont know, doesnt seems that much, wow I feel like a kid asking to a traveller that have seen it all in this planet and cames back to his hometown with a lot of history at his back.

Hummm digital manga! I had a time where I had in a Ebook some berserk tomes, it was great, even if my Ebook didnt had the best display, it was enjoyable, if you have the money to buy a great one is perfect to let your shelf rest a littel bit haha. Oh I know the radio EVA brand, but I didnt know that they had surprise bags, hope the impulsive bought were worth it! And hope it doesnt are just shocks.

The real scary and dangerous places are the ones with the Otakus in the scope if you thing about it, they are diabolically created to eat you wallet, believe me I have a theory. That Rei surelly get expensier by the time passes, altough I dont like to think that when I buy or adquire something, revendors are the curse of this plannet really, you cant buy a 3DS in second hand por less than 120€, recently I got one for 50 just because it was broken, hopefully fixing it gets cheapper. I addore your Rei btw, his old aesthetic gives it his aesthetic.

Yeah we have a lot of figures from bandai namco branding, saddly here are less variability, almost all are Banprestos or from ABYstyle, that I thing is occidental, they have good cuallity though.

Oh I see, they maintain you while the marathon is going, looks fun in fact, and if the screening is with people you can talk must be even better. Yeah, I went to the screening the first day it started, I was very hypped not gonna lie, and had the hope that it would appear the Zenin clan thing, saddly it didnt happened, but it was really amazing too, Mappa is doing a spectacular work with this season, and very cinematographic too, hope th Mappa employes are good and being able to have rest though. Its curious that Mappa did two “Club Fight” references in two different animes (Chainsawman in the opening, when the gold ball appear, and JJK in the Hakari arc). The third postal is very funny and melancholic in part, they look happy (╥︣_╥).

I laughed a lot of times while reading hellsing, specially when they talk in english or in german, because I never expect it. Also the guns are really well detailed, I love the Alucard guns and the Seras rocket launcher, they have a lot of detail in them. I might watch the anime when I finish the manga to see how it was addapted.

Yeah you are right, I think, maybe I went to far with the suposition, as I usually like to say I have swung (in spanish sounds better). Talk about Gainax bankrupt, its in part sad, but well, it was cuestion of time to happen, and with all the problematics it happened in the studio almost like they searched the bankrupt. Nah I’m not into anime cells, for the same reason you said, there are a lot of steals abroad internet, however I would love to be in a exposition of them.

Well even if I have to wait for the OVA to be liberated, its great to know that there is a new work, I’m used to wait for anime movies, there are sometimes that I even forget about them and before I noticed they leaved my local cinemas, like happened to me with the spy x family movie, I still have it pending, I’m a mess really.

You thing so? The new game of Inazuma Eleven here was literally a bomb, almost every person that I knew played the beta testing and then purchased the game (I didnt liked it though, I prefered the gameplay of the DS/3DS era over the strikers kind, although I like the strikers). At least here is a very loved franchise, but loved for the old fans, the new ones will probably forget it in the majority.

What happened with the Evangelion screenings? Did you watched all at the end?

Yeah well, it depend on the studio I think, and with Miyazaki sometimes you can tell if when he declares his retirement for the 6349763 time is making time for a new project haha, probably in most of the studios their nemesis is the budget, and with studios like Ufotable, Madhouse or Haru (for example) their perfectionism.

Hehe I love drawing frieren, I have a goofy frieren in my github account that I made one time, this season I have a lot of frieren material for drawing, so I’m very happy. When I knew about the bomb threat I worried for my classmates too, but when they told me it were nothing at the end was more rellaxing, hope its all ok with the familly

Hehe about the drawing clash... I didnt tell you anything during the month, but I sillently acceded and gave the challenge a month gap: I have it finished, I’m not fully convinced with the result but well, with the time I were able to give to the draw with all the exams, hope it is competent. I will wait until you tell me that you are done to show you, so if you didnt finish it dont worry, you can have more time for it.

This year I proposed to myself a lot of projects that I really want to do it, some of them is to learn to draw better (hoping it will help me to represent some thing that I’m not able to express into words), and another one is still kept secret, I hope that in the middle of the year or at the end I can comment a little of it. Knowing your travelling plans, hope you will be able this year to fulfill your desires, wish you the best! And hope to talk with you soon hehe.

I like soft winter light, clean compositions, is Kyoto atmosphere as I know it from different anime and it's like the Japanese drama my youkai girlfriend.
Seriously the pics might as be from a professional cameraman, it's that good.
I see you used the wide lens for scenery
And ultra‑wide for temples and streets.
I think I can tell they are thoughtful walk through Kyoto by native if Japan, they are not rushed like tourist chaotic snaps but observant, someone who knows exactly what for focus on..
I think it's a city you know too well..
The street food, I wouldnt figure it out if you whimsically told me it's Osaka cause the signs are big and flashy like Osaka.
Though I wonder why the temples are not crowded, Kyoto is top tourist destination so I thought there would be a lot of people.
As for Nintendo, I don't know much about video games, I am not into gaming.
The maiko-san, is it you? I think it might be you, that's very cute little maiko dress up and I wonder if you took part in tea ceremony..
Kyoto has too many temples.. Your pics feels more like the Japanese drama like kamo-san onsen drama,it's not like kudo shinichi Kyoto trip or ryoutsu Kyoto chaos...May be cause it's real life?
But you are highly skilled in using your camera.. I don't think I can take pics like that even if I use your phone, you obviously know how to use the right settings

damn that seems like a fun trip. All of them look good places especially the old buildings in trip 3. They are so beautiful and the Trip 2 is also beautiful, the first building is soo beautiful. are they all old buildings are they were build later on.
as for the Museum, I am curious what's inside XD
