At a glance the anime starts off reasonably well, the animation is clean and the sound quality is to a reasonable watchable standard, it stars 2 guys and 2 girls in a typical school environment and they're basically tasked with the idea of creating a romantic bond together as you would see in other usual romance animes. The romance in this had really good potential and it's nice to see the characters develop and chat with each other. Lockdown Zone is a really original and unique anime similar to the movie groundhog day or happy death day. The episodes immediately grip you into a new concept and it leaves you wondering who the MC can trust. After waking up and realising she had to do it all over again it is really exciting to watch episode after episode to see what she does differently. The animation and sound quality is good and the plot itself though quite basic is very enjoyable. The anime itself is not too long so its definitely worth a watch. A very average anime for its time starring a girl who goes on a mission to find her father and fights a bunch of CGI monsters. The story is very typical of that of a 1980s-2000s anime and there's nothing particularly exciting or new about this one either. The animation is appropriate for its time although it's CGI'd this didn't really bother me and the plot is quite basic and there isn't much character development at all. However, its an enjoyable 40 minutes and seeing the monsters fight each other is the best bit but other than that the anime itself is quite dim. So
