////////////About////me///////////////
Likes: anime, manga, animals (dogs and cats), rock and metal (also folk metal), J-pop and J-rock music, coffee and sweets
///////
Preferred genres (in anime): action, fantasy, sci-fi (but watch anything else that catches enough attention with plot, characters, etc.)
//////
Preferred character types: the strong (OP) male lead (no generics pls) who's made in such a way that you can actually like him; the strong female lead or supporting character who's not "moe moe kyun" in the whole duration of the series or always made to fawn over the male lead for absolutely no reason.
/////
Dislikes in anime: the bland male/female protagonist, repetitive isekai plots with little differences or just plots which I find boring (seen too many, know what to look in an anime for it to be interesting for me)
/////
Hobbies: reading (manga and other books), writing (with OCs), playing with my dog.
/////
Currently playing: Honkai: Star Rail and Wuthering Waves

I'm more into unconventional yet innovative space opera than Gundam. I only read The Origin because of its improvement of 1979 Gundam in themes and narrative. I also love Yoshikazu Yasuhiko's artstyle, similar to that sci-fi manga he made a long time ago called Venus Wars.
Yes, Venus is better suited for silicon-based lifeforms. I rather live in an exoplanet and Venus will get consumed by red giant Sol someday.
My semitomboyish friend from North Carolina read The Origin ages ago despite being a historical fangirl. I think that Descender, Saga, Paper Girls, Outcast, Third Kingdom, Black Science or Monstress are other space opera graphic novels she should explore.
With that said, I got some more summer shopping to do.
What do you think of Arc The Lad and how long has it been since you last watched Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin?
A friend of mine that I haven't seen in ages had a birthday practically next door to yours. Used to be a tomboy, but now she's Amish.
Other than that, it's been a while since I last read The Origin. I also look forward to exploring indie comics that revolve around moral ambiguity and espionage.
Wishing you love, laughter, and cake—lots and lots of cake! 🎂🎉
What happened to Naruto-Boruto was disappointing, but people kind of liked it, because it's still there hahahahaha
Yes, that's true, if someone comes to the sequels without knowing the original they may like it too much, but if you know the original it is a very big disappointment
For example, it happens to me with Urusei Yatsura, if I analyze the new version independently it is quite good, good drawing, perfect voice actors and everything, but if I add to that criticism the original series nothing to see leaves much to be desired
Yes, what Yakusoku no Neverland did was terrible, it started excellent with the opportunity to become a cult anime but in the end it disappointed
That's a very good question, I think the ones that managed to disappoint me were Nanatsu no Taizai, which started out excellent but little by little it lost quality in animation and the adaptation was terrible, and another was Tokyo Ghoul what I can say about that, only failures hahaha
Sorry for the late reply! :'(
