| You have to keep in mind that Monogatari uses what is called is commonly referred to as an unreliable narrator. Basically everything is a retelling from the view of Koyomi. And he shamelessly leaves details out, misremembers or embellishes them. So in terms of "did everything really happen as it was presented" - take it with a grain of salt. |
| Yeah it's pretty exaggerated, considering how much Koyomi "demonizes" his sisters despite loving them. They do be wild though and Arararaagi prefers not to physically punish them. This beating is just Ararararagi flexing through narration what a nice brother he is to his beast sister. |
