I loved this episode. Totally had goosebumps when they were pulling the pipe out of Ed. @_@ And Al! I hope he's okay.

At first, I almost thought of Ed as a dead man. Then his determination won him for one of my favorite characters, again. He shortened his lifespan as a cost to fulfill his goals. It was... dramatic...

Loved the episode, but then again, I love these series. They are deffinitely going to my favourites. It has been some time since I saw the last episode but it was so memorable I seemed to catch up smoothly.
Pretty insense scene with Ed and Al almost dying. Since I have not read the manga I have no idea how much worse the Al's soul attachment problem is going to last.
Anyway, looking forward for a good ending.

I'm glad they didn't go for the obvious Cliffhanger with Ed possibly dying and all that and instead decided to focus on his actions after the fact.

Miles really is just as stubborn as Ed :P

he didn't survive Ishbal just like that.

ahaha Ed made a fake Al armor just for the soldier XD

damn kimbley really knows if someone is gonna kill him.

wow Ed fought the two other chimera, guess their smell is their advantage and weakness XD

Ammonia can be deadly smell :P

damn Kimblee has two philosopher's stone!!

and wow Ed is stab just like that O____O

damn kimblee!!

Ed even saved the other generals. shows how kind he is no matter who.

Al must be disappearing due to his body no longer be able to survive and will die soon.

wow those two chimera really are good people huh??

they could have kill Ed like that.

definitely must have hurt as hell!!!

guess the two chimera has the other philosopher stone :P

they're really are kind helping Ed out, then again he did save them huh.

Sacrificing some of his lifespan to seal the wound huh.. thats pretty damn radical. But I guess if his only other option is dying right there and then, then thats not a difficult choice to make. Why didn't that chimera give him the philosopher's stone after he found it? I'm sure Ed could've used it.

Oh dear, I get the feeling that there will be hell to pay for doing that Ed! Nothing is without consequence in this series.

Lot of fighting, Ed very close to death and another 2 chimeras joining him.
All in one great episode. I especially liked the scene, when the chimera helped Ed pulling out that bar while he tried to use Alchemy on him.
They did not even spare to hint at the person, who brought Alchemy to Xing :D
totally like this scence

Good episode. Both Elrics down. That was a powerful scene when Ed healed himself. He whines and yells and angsts a lot, but when it comes down to it, nobody has the balls he does. I like that it all makes sense or at least relates - a philosopher's stone is made of souls so why not use his own, especially since he's come into contact with the alchemy involved a few times, etc.

Ah, nice coincidence with Ed shaving some years off his life span to half way repair himself when the stone that he could have used to fully regenerate was not as buried under debris as we would have believed.

I didn't like that fact. Waaay too lucky for Ed that the stone is just lying in plain sight -.-

I liked this episode. It built up to Ed lying there with the bar in him perfectly. After that, though, it all just resolved far too quickly, which worries me a little. This was a really important lesson for Ed to learn, and I really don't feel like he learned anything. Once again, I feel like Alchemy is a big cushion on character development.

If he doesn't change his killing philosophy I'll be immensely disappointed :P

Are you kidding me?? The stone is just lying there in plain sight?? O.o Coincidence overload!! (Not a good thing at all)

As long as the anime doesn't rely heavily on more unlikely coincidences then I'll be pleased.

Episode that finds its climax when It seeks salvation, but even so, the rest of the narrative has other interesting moments, less interesting than the whole, but it seems to be a prelude to what is going to happen. New characters enter the cast, not bad this factor.

Oh man that episode. The fight was pretty good as long as he lasts. But fuck Kimblee. Ed almost died of this metal pipe in his body. Hopefully next time he will not be that naive aginst his enemie. I think the only way to recover as fast as Kimblee a couple episodes ago is to use the stone. But what's with Al, I hope he will be alright.

Good that the chimeras will help Ed.

Seems like with the next episode shit will get real. The war will begin. Can't wait to see this.

Ed's softness pays off most of the time, actually.

Anyways, the scene of Ed shortening his life spam to temporarily fix his body is one of the best scenes in the show.

I really thought they would give the stone to Edward, making him able to properly heal ... maybe.
Cool episode though, Kimblee is obviously onto them and managed to take care of Edward unknowingly.
