| 10 months of hard work to....eat a hair. How rewarding. But now the fun really begins. |
| God the dynamic between Deku and All Might is incredible and again I must stress the music is also incredible I mean the moment when Deku all the garbage off the beach was just so impactful because of it. I got to hand it to All Might when he sets a training regiment, he goes hardcore and also the fact that in order to gain his power was to ingest his hair by eating it. XD Nice use of subverting your expectations there. Plus that was pretty neat we also got to see a couple of other characters as well like Uraraka who seems like a sweetheart for helping out Deku when it looked like he was gonna trip over with her gravity powers. As well as no nonsense Tenya. The love that Present Mic was trying to hype the crowd for the exam. XD Otherwise another great episode for me personally. No complaints so far. |
| Somehow made me cry? 3/5. This anime starts off like pretty slow but it unravels soon enough. |
| Pacing is a little slow. Half of this episode was basically a training montage with some explanations of what Deku needs to do and several flashbacks. Interested in what will happen next. |
| Honestly, I had hoped that Izuku would remain powerless - I thought it'd be a refreshing twist, a show that finally shows a main character who doesn't have powers like everyone else, and stays that way. I thought he was going to use his notes on all his favorite heros to aid him, like maybe he'd be a commander who instructs other heros on what to do, using his knowledge. So I was briefly disappointed, but I got over it quickly. This show is so fun, and I can't wait to see how he uses his powers next episode. |
| Kinda cool to see the series not taking too long with the fact he was getting All Might's strength. Instead we get the reveal he could get it and his improvement of working out for 10 months in 1 episode. |
| I love All Might's random English lol. But if One for All is passed down by ingesting the previous persons DNA, can't anyone then obtain it? I guess there has to be another condition for passing it down? |
| So sad, so much litter on the beaches of Japan 5/5. I wonder, if deku swallowed his hear, what did all might had to eat to inherit the one for all?? Considering that his teacher and also previous user of this power was a female. Hehe 😏 |
