I found this episode more like a statement to prove a point about Seki-kun as a character. Using a punchline that leads to nowhere it's a common tool in comedy, so it sounds like I'm overthinking (which is possibly true), but I want to explain myself: The act of selecting glasses was leisure for Seki-kun, instead of an activity that was necessary for him in a practical way; I think this episode was a way to prove how Seki-kun practice this "killing-time activities" because that's what they are, no matter how much effort he put on them, how serious they appear, he only does them because they are fun or just because he's bored. That may sound like the story has no aspirations to explore more about Seki-kun's personality, but I think that is part of the charm.

Whoa Seki actually looks good with glasses and no idea he had a huge collection of them and yeah he was going Hmmm a lot which to be fair he was looking at his collection and thinking of his choices. Black frames are apparently Yokoi’s thing, again is there something you are not telling us Yokoi? And those eyes, those bloody evil eyes she gives Seki and he gets scared of her and basically gets him to choose the glasses that she likes to wear. Dude, your literally picking for Seki, you definitely have a thing for him. I mean at this point she might as well his fiancé without her knowing at all. Yokoi seemed so sure of herself that she made a difference to Seki to make him a more respectable student but turns out he wore those glasses once and never wore them again. Her screaming idiot repeatedly at the end was priceless. Just quiet screaming basically. XD

Two more episode left and then I’ll be saying goodbye to this show very soon. Another great episode once again.
