Synopsis

Earth is saved by heroes for now, but the large-scale battle between the Hero Association and the Monster Association is far from over. The dangerous hero hunter Garou is still on the loose despite the efforts to capture him, and the Monster Association has abducted a notable figure, leaving the Hero Association in turmoil. With a strict deadline for the rescue, the heroes set out in search of the monsters' hideout.

Though he is heavily injured, Garou is recruited by the Monster Association in the hope of making him a part of the leadership. In order to ascend the ranks, the hero hunter must first prove that he is ready to give up on his humanity by killing a hero. It does not take long for Garou to find his victim, but that very person is the oblivious Saitama, who effortlessly knocks him out.

This humiliating defeat causes Garou to be branded as a traitor by the monsters. Moreover, the next clash between the two associations approaches rapidly. As both sides are ready to engage in any tactics and use any pawns at their disposal, the safety of the world is at their mercy.

Considering the content inside of this season is way worse than season 1 and 2, the fact that we had to suffer subpar animation is lessen by the hope that better arcs will get a better animation, so despite this being a positive review, I dont dislike the fact that people are speaking up about the issues in its animation, aslong as it is done reasonably.

Still, the only fights that mattered were nicely animated which is a good consolation prize, it is not like they threw good animation ins the first 3 episodes and the rest were slop, the director clearly knew where to invest ...

Mixed Feelings
You might be looking at the (current) 4.55 score and thinking to yourself "Was it really that bad?" and the answer is yes. Apparently this season was plagued by problems in production and while they definitely lived up to Time Gunn's "Make it work," work is about the nicest thing you could say about this season. There were a lot of static panels, the fights weren't quite there, and the big ticket scenes felt flat in places. What kept it from being truly unwatchable was the story itself,in places where the action wasn't applicable. It makes me glad that we're going to have to wait ...

Rather than talk about the What's of the Happening in OPM S3, we have to dive deeper and go into the Why's of the Tragic Mess we got from OPM S3. I'll try to explain it in a simple manner to give you all some perspective, not that it matters since everyone knows from the scrutiny, but it will help clarify why OPM S3 looked the way it is.

1. Comparison Scale
* OPM S1 was hailed as an incredibly animated anime due to its animation, but some people assumed that it was because of the studio's talent or incredible budget that led to the anime's great ...
