Poputepipikku

Even if you can't get down with this type of humour, you have to appreciate the amount of effort that went into this adaptation, the different artstyles, animation styles, the live action segments, stop motion... the fact that there is two different versions, one with male voices and other with female voices, while constantly changing seiyuus for each one, is truly an experience. Just for that, I gotta give it to them. It's an amazing watch. Jokes won't always land, but it's truly an experience. Highly recommend.

Apparently I need more text than this so I guess I'll keep glazing it a bit more. Idk. Watch ... it. Its good.

Hoshiro Girl Drop is a cliché but interesting musical idol anime. The last few episodes get pretty hardcore, from disappearances, memory problems, near-death, and a marriage proposal. The good thing is that a second season has already been confirmed :,D

Well... no... that's just the joke part of the real Poputepipikku anime... which is a comedy anime based on parodies and the first random things the guys came up with.

Personally, I don't really like that type of anime. The parodies and grotesque sarcastic humor don't appeal to me...

However, I loved seeing the wide variety of animations they used in their series. I ... did like that...

And so, if you like parodies and dark sarcastic humor, this one's for you.

Yeah, not much really to say here its a pretty purely comedic anime, and I didn't really find it funny that's about it. I'm sure it's fine if you like the jokes but I laughed at like 1% of the jokes in the anime that's nothing but jokes so not really a huge fan of this one. In terms of overall quality id probably say it's like a 7 just because its job is that it's trying to be this like skit anime where it's just the constant jokes and I might not be into it but it does what it sets out to do ... pretty well so id say in terms of quality it's like a 7 but in terms of my personal enjoyment it's like a 2.
