SUggestions is Lincoln SU’s ideas platform where students can propose changes that improve campus life. From facilities to wellbeing initiatives, your ideas can make a real difference. Other students can vote to show support, and once an idea reaches 50 votes, it may be backed by SU Leaders. Every suggestion is reviewed before going live, helping turn student ideas into meaningful improvements across the University.

Reclaim the Night 2025
Join us on 20th November from 5:00pm outside the Students’ Union as we march to Reclaim the Night. Together with students, staff, and the wider community, we stand for safer streets and speak out against harassment and violence. Led by your Student Support and Development Officer Thomas Woodcock, the march calls for unity, visibility, and real change. Walk with us and help build a community where everyone feels safe, day or night.

2025 Student Housing Fair
Our 2025 Housing Fair was a huge success! Hundreds of students met accredited landlords, explored housing options for next year, and learned about our Accreditation Scheme to help them find safe, secure homes. With expert advice, freebies, and support from sponsors iQ Student Accommodation and Cloud Lettings, it was a fantastic day helping students feel confident about renting.
Student Leaders serve a vital role ensuring that the student voice is heard and listened to at the University of Lincoln.

Your Student Leaders are supported by a team of 15 Student Experience Officers.
