We鈥檙e coming up on 35 years of Post-Soviet rule in Russia, and I realized in that time there鈥檚 been, for all intents and purposes, two leaders: Yeltsin and Putin.

For the 35 years of the USSR prior to liberalization, there were five: Khrushchev, Brezhnev, Andropov, Chernenko, and Gorbachev. So obviously if we want Russia to stop being a strong arm man state, we need to bring back socialism.
