Recipe 👇  1.5 cup yellow moong dal 2 tspn grated ginger  2 red chillies sliced  3-4 curry leaves  Salt to taste  2 tspn jeera powder  2 tspn black pepper powder  1 small onion chopped  Mix of veg ( beans & capsicum) 1/4 cup grated paneer Oil for cooking  . Grind together the yellow moong dal,chillies & 1 tspn grated ginger.  Add salt and Keep aside. Heat some oil, add in the ginger & curry leaves with the veggies. Add salt and the spices mentioned. Cook till the veggies turn a little soft. Add in the paneer & cook for 5 mins. Make dosa of the batter. Add in the onion & veggies mix. 20min · 1 serving     Moong Dal Dosa   2 cups moong dal (yellow without husks)   • 2 inches ginger   • 4 green chilies   • 1 tsp salt   • 1/3 tsp turmeric  • 1/2 tsp chili powder  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup rice flour   Soaked water to blend 1/4 to 1/2 cup   1.) Rinse thoroughly and soak moong dal in warm water for at least 2 to 3 hours. Once soaked for 2 to 3 hours, drain the water from the dal and set aside in a different cup.   • 2.) Add soaked dal to a blender along with green chilies and ginger. Also add salt and rice flour. Rice flour helps the consistency and allows for crispier dosa.
