These Indian pancakes or savoury crepes made with mung dal (split yellow lentils) and basic spices and an option of paneer stuffing Moong dal ka chilla is one of the easiest breakfast recipes. A gluten-free, healthy, Low GI, protein packed vegetarian breakfast option.

Ingredients:
 • To Make Moong Dal Batter
 • 2 cup moong dal yellow mung lentils
 • 10 gm ginger
 • 1 tsp Salt
 • 1/4 cup Water
 • 1-2 green chilies chopped
 • Coriander leaves chopped
 • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
 • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Paneer stuffing for cheela
 • 1 tbsp oil
 • 1 tsp cumin
 • 10 gm ginger chopped
 • 1 tsp green chilli
 • 3/4 tbsp Onion chopped
 • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
 • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
 • 1/4 tsp Salt
 • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
 • 200 gm Paneer crumbled
 • 1 tsp pomegranate powder anardana

Ingredients :-
 • Moong dal soaked for 2 hrs
 • Ginger
 • Garlic
 • Green chilies
 • Salt
 • Oil
 • Coriander leaves

Steps.
 • Add the soaked moong daal, garlic, ginger, green chilies ina mixer grinder and grind it intoa fone paste .
 • Add take it out ina bowl and into it add coriander leaves and salt . mix it
 • Srinkle some oil in a pan and spread the batter .
 • Cook from both sides and serve with dip or chutney
