SCAMMERS- they send generic time wasting emails. Everyone needs to report them to Shopify using report merchant form. You will receive emails from Andrew and Alice who just send out generic emails. You will not receive your refund. The products are rubbish and despite me reporting a fraud to Shopify they have done nothing. Appears if you are a merchant you have a level of protection if you are a customer bad luck. Shopify are as disgraceful as shopmoviehub.com. Using fake ABN, an address that doesn’t exist and a mobile number that is disconnected. Shame on these scammers and shame on Shopify for failing to remove them.

They will keep sending these responses and not do anything. Waste of $100 please don't buy from them.

My device i brought heated up to hot to keep using and was freezing on the screen, what is most concerning is they didn't seem worried at the fault in the device or even offer me any support or refund as per there 30 day policy. Not Sure how this business is allow to run!
I purchased from MovieHub and unfortunately had an ongoing negative experience when I needed a refund.
The product/service did not meet expectations and I requested a refund in line with their stated processes.
MovieHub avoided providing a clear resolution and did not follow through on their own refund procedures.
Communication was slow, unclear, and unprofessional, with repeated delays rather than answers.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, no refund was provided.
I escalated the matter through Afterpay, but the dispute process ultimately supported the merchant, leaving the issue unresolved from my side.
Overall, the experience was stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing. Based on how refunds and disputes were handled, I would not recommend purchasing from MovieHub, especially if you value clear communication and fair after-sales support.

Have you any updates on the return process, I am becoming frustrated and will soon write a review and share on social media platforms warning not to order from your site.

I would like to return the item as per your policy as a matter of urgency.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the Gamestick bundle. The game controllers do not connect to the Gamestick, so we are unable to use it. I have had no response from customer service for weeks now. Very disappointing as this was a birthday gift. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Don’t buy it, it’s a scam! They won’t give you a refund and the product will never arrive.

Wish I had read these reviews first. Product didnt work, company forcing me to make videos of defectiveness and delaying any form of return or refund. DO NOT USE

Around this time last year with the intent of giving nephews a gift when visiting them, I ordered the game stick pack. After a bit of online detective work, I was told that it would be delivered within the week. I waited and waited. Never arrived, after emailing back and forth apparently it was delivered as I asked for proof, It appears that the person who delivered had stolen it. I let them know it was a gift for my nephew who was disappointed that I couldn't give him it. Will not use ever again as they initally denied knowing anything, it was only when I pushed them and mentioned going to the media they did something.

I ended up getting one very similar from Amazon, and yes it was delivered, and works, Moviehub can get stuffed, bunch of scammers

DO NOT BUY!!! Bought a projector and was never delivered. I tried to contact multiple times with no answer.
Temu is more reliable!

Projector is great, HOWEVER, when I purchased my order it stated that a projector screen was included in my purchase but when my order arrived there was no projector screen that was inside it. When I contacted customer service, there was apparently a technical difficulty on the website where it should have never been stated a projector screen was included which in my opinion is a shame as I believe I wasn't the only person this happened to as I ordered during their Black Friday sale. It is a shame because the projector is great, but this "technical difficulty" has put a real downside to this otherwise great purchase.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 products from them totalling over $400 and have not received any correspondence regarding the order. No tracking no nothing. Please do not be fooled. I have notified afterpay about this and have started a dispute. Do not do it.

The product came in the mail completely damaged and broken waist of money won't respond to any emails at all

Product fault. I have been emailing the company and they are refusing to refund me, even though they have a 30-day money back guarantee claim in their website. Total SCAM.

Product faulty doesnt want to return the item

Purchased a totally wrong item. (stand for a projector, which I don't even have) Emailed instantly after the order was placed, asked them to not process the order & cxl it, they of course actioned the order then emailed me to advise they have to by law ship the item (which is a load of crap, they can cxl an order if not dispatched yet, they just wanted to keep the money) Then i replied requesting a refund & was told no unless it was faulty. The rep that assisted was named James & he was the most condescending ***** I've ever had to deal with.... HE SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB IN CUSTOMERS SERVICE. This scam shop needs to be SHUT Down instantly.

Scam!! Their add says you will receive a free projector screen when you make a purchase, then your projector gets delivered without the free screen. You asked Moviehub about it and show them their own add stating a free screen, they reply oh sorry that was a mistake. There is no free screen!

Absolute scam. Purchased, changed my mind within seconds of reading the reviews and realising its not worth it and doesn't have the games I wanted. They ignored it then sent me an email:

I will be taking this further and receiving a refund.

I purchased two of their retro gamerboy black and purple one. They stopped working after 4-5 months. I have contacted them for replacement. They requested numerous videos showing them what is wrong with the product which I have done. They reply back politely and say, “we are looking into this and will get back to you soon.” They don’t get back! I have emailed on numerous occasions and they reply the same response but do nothing about it. Totally awful products and even worse customer service. WASTE OF MONEY do not buy from them.

Moviehub is a SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The projector is cheaper than a McDonald's burger, the image is so poor and blurred. Customer service strings you along with a number of questions and then ignores all emails after that. I sent photos and a video of the quality, ALICE replied saying we have sent this email to the relevant team for investigation. Never heard from again, emails being ignored. The below address was found on their website 1301 Gold Coast Highway, QLD which is a 1 bedroom apartment. The games? The usb/stick doesn't even work, absolute SCAM!!!!!! The images they use are stolen from legit projector sites, nothing is true... they are laughing all the way to the bank.

I neva relied my product. They lie. Nit trust worthy one I've tried to get in touch to be told contact couriers. But they don't say who they use. I've ask for them to contact them to return my goods for refund. With none. I would avoid movie hub. They are not who they say they are. Steer clear. N don't say you wernt warned. Oh and after pay won't give money back for it either. So ule pay out of pocket.
