I am suggesting that taxing of the amount topped up for, should be scrapped off, i.e taken out or stopped. An example is that when I topped up for one thousand eight hundred Naira (#1800.00) credit, about one thousand seven hundred & fourteen Naira (#1714.00) credit is credited to the beneficiary phone number after taxing.
