Reference my last review and your reply the transaction that failed is Order No: 10937928.
I've contacted my Bank and they've indicated that after 10 business days if hasn't been forwarded on to the telco involved. It would then be defaulted or words to that affect and refunded back into account.
So, as with the above mentioned Order No
I want it cancelled All the same.

Thanks a lot for getting back to us. We can see that the order was canceled and the amount was released on our side. Therefore, it should now take between 24 to 48 hours, depending on your bank, for the pending transactions to disappear from your bank statement and the amount to be released.

1 star for at least taking my money -4…

1 star for at least taking my money -4 stars since the receiver after 24hrs had not received their recharge ... They will when time permits take the invoice to the carrier in question. If after that there's no refund or recharge I intend to raise this wherever possible myself regardless of reasons it's not been received because it's about ethics n confidence the service works

The status of the top up made on July 27 is Failed, therefore you were not charged for that transaction. If the amount still appears blocked, it means that your bank did not release it yet. It usually takes 4-5 business day for the bank to update your balance. So please wait and everything should be fine soon.

The status of the top up made on July 26 is Successful, the amount was already sent to the mobile selected.
