Review of Metro Bank
Metro staff were clean, courteously, nicely dressed, professional and respecable, spoke an English, that you can understand. I could speak direct to them and had the feeling I can express myself, that Metro staff didn't hide away and giving you the time I needed. I think it is the right way to get in touch and engaged with the public. I belief, that their terms are fair and there are no hidden fees ... altough every bank wants to make money. I am happy that I moved away from HSBC and I feel better but I was a bid shaky as my credit score isn't excellent but staff where quite helpful as I felt vulnerable at some / that point ! I can recommend Metro Bank to the NHS staff and I will x
