 • ▢ 1 tbsp coconut oil
 • ▢ Salt to taste
 • ▢ 5½ cup water
 • ▢ Cilantro for garnish
 • ▢ ¼ tsp Asfoetida / Hing - optional
 • ▢ ½ tsp Garam masala powder
 • ▢ ½ tsp red chili powder - use medium spicy
