No, there is no charge to visit the stores.

Reservations are not typically required except for special events. Please check the store’s event section or follow us on Instagram and X at @NintendoStoresUS for notices when reservations may be required for entry.

Currently, we do not offer online or phone orders. We would love for you to visit us in person and hope to see you soon. However, you can check out the online My Nintendo Store to shop select Nintendo products.
